We are a small team based in Kuala Lumpur and deliver across Malaysia and Singapore. Pick a product, place your order, then send us your favourite photo of your dog or cat.

Frequently asked questions

How do I order a portrait gift?

Place your order on the website, then send a clear pet photo and your order number by WhatsApp +60 17-285 9670 or via the website contact details. Our designers send your design for approval before production starts.

How long will my order take in Malaysia?

Fuwawa items take up to 14 business days to make after design approval, and Pooji items 7–20 business days. Delivery within Malaysia takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. We email your tracking details when your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

Can I collect my order in Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. Self pick-up is available from our office at Suite 3A.01, Level 3A, The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur. Arrange the time by WhatsApp +60 17-285 9670 first.

Can I ask whether my photo will work before buying?

Yes. Send us the photo before you order and we will take a look. You can reach us by WhatsApp +60 17-285 9670 or via the website contact details to ask about the picture you have in mind.
