Yes. For selected products, we provide a design proof upon request. Once approved, weโll begin production.
Each item is made-to-order. Production usually takes about 14 business days before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
All Fuwawa products are custom-made with love. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Malaysia: 3โ5 business days after dispatch.
Singapore: 5โ7 business days after dispatch.
Yes! We provide free shipping within Malaysia for orders of RM299 and above.
- West Malaysia: RM8
- East Malaysia: RM16
Returns & Refunds
We only accept after-sales requests in cases of quality issues, such as defects, damages, stains, or printing errors. Requests based on personal preferences (style, color, or design) are not eligible.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at fuyooodora@gmail.com and provide clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
Yes, all requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for after-sales service.
